Directions From DublinFrom Dublin follow N1 north to Dundalk and then on to Newry. The best way through Newry is to follow the Ring Road around the outskirts of the town, at the 4th and final roundabout the main route goes left for Belfast. However you turn right for the town centre. At this roundabout on your right should be the Mourne Country Hotel. Drive towards the town centre (about 1 mile) until come to two adjacent mini-roundabouts, at the second mini-roundabout please turn left onto B8 following signs for Newcastle, on your right as you make this turn should be a restaurant called the Brass Monkey. Drive about 10 mile to village of Hilltown passing through the smaller village of Mayobridge on the way. At bottom of hill in Hilltown the main road sweeps left but you turn right onto B180 following signs for Bryansford. The B180 takes you all the way to Dundrum some 12-mile from this point. About one mile out of Hilltown just past a Country Pub and Petrol Station the road forks, take the left fork, which should be sign-posted for Bryansford and Newcastle and is still the B180. Drive through the village of Bryansford continuing around a bad bend and down a hill, a little further on the B180 crosses a busy main road at a staggered crossroads, so turn right and immediately left at this junction now following signs for Dundrum. Pass through the village of Maghera, following the road right as it passes the Maghera Inn. Continue to the end of the B180 where it comes out on to the busy A24 Belfast to Newcastle Road. Turn left onto this main road and you almost immediately enter the village of Dundrum, the Holiday Homes are half way through the village on the Right Hand side opposite a pub called the Ben Varrey, and have a public telephone box on the pavement in front of them. The holiday homes are brightly coloured with different coloured doors and porthole windows. The carpark is surrounded by a large bed of shrubs and small trees and there is a sign board for the holiday homes in the shrubbery bed indicating that you are at the right place. To enter the car park you need to use your allocated house key to open the automatic gate lock located on a post in the pavement to the right of the gate, the instructions to obtaining the key will be given prior to arrival. Drive in to pink gravel carpark in front of Holiday Homes. Directions From BelfastFollow A24 due south from Belfast which should be signposted all the way for Newcastle, passing through the towns of Carryduff and Ballynahinch on the way. Dundrum is located 3 mile north of Newcastle on this main route about 28 mile from Belfast. The Holiday Homes are located half way through the small village of Dundrum, the entrance gate is located just past the only telephone box on the main street, and directly opposite the Ben Varrey Inn and Off-Licence.
